Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To assist in formulation strategies to identify, pursue, and secure strategic partnerships that align with organizational goals.
∎ To create and execute comprehensive partnership plans that include objectives, timelines, and metrics for success.
∎ To analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform partnership strategies.
∎ To engage in partnership agreements, ensure legal compliance, and negotiate terms and conditions with partners.
∎ To oversee the partnership projects and initiatives, guide the field team for implementation.
∎ To coordinate activities between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and efficiency.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Job Purpose
∎ This new role will be assisting the Lead, Partnership and Collaboration with the responsibility of developing and managing partnerships with internal and external organizations , stakeholders and collaborators to drive financial inclusion, portfolio growth through external channels, and build effective business sourcing collaborations.
∎ Key Responsibilities
