∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 10 years’ experience in the RMG industry including 5 years in Denim bottom production;
∎ Having capacity of handling 50k denim product daily;
∎ Must be fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking);
∎ Residence preferably in Gazipur;
∎ Must have good physical health to work continuously for long hours;
∎ Must have in-depth knowledge about denim products and quality control mechanisms of buyers;
∎ Team Leader with proactive interpersonal skills;
∎ Ability to work hard and control Pressure;
∎ Open-minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets;
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire for success;
∎ Self-starter & proactive
∎ Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set day-to-day targets for finishing & packing and monitor performance regularly;
∎ Troubleshoot day-to-day activities of finishing & packing departments to run continual production;
∎ Ensure all supply chain for smooth packing work;
∎ Responsible for prepare style-wise shipment closing report & other related reports;
∎ Emphasize achieving production targets efficiently with reducing on the wastage of all types;
∎ 100% responsible for OTD (on time delivery)
∎ Work on RFT (Right first time);
∎ Train up departmental manpower and improve processes to increase productivity and efficiency;
∎ Planning, organizing resources, directing & controlling process;
∎ Acknowledge, understand, implement, and emphasize the buyer’s quality control mechanism to ensure safety and hazard-free products;
∎ Take preventive and corrective action for nonconformity of product;
∎ Act as a team leader for the betterment of product, process, resources, and environment;
∎ Handle other responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
