• Relevant experience in retail, food & beverage, or outlet operations (with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role)

• Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Financial and business acumen with ability to analyze reports and take decisions

• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and travel across outlets as required

• Ensuring daily operations of all outlets run smoothly, efficiently, and according to company standards

• Monitoring service quality, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with SOPs

• Supervising stock control, cash handling, and overall inventory management

• Implementing cost control measures to minimize wastage and maximize efficiency

• Driving outlet-level sales and achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets

• Developing and executing promotional and marketing activities to increase footfall and sales

• Monitoring sales reports, analyze trends, and recommend strategies for improvement

• Recruiting, training, and supervising outlet staff to ensure high performance and service standards

• Developing staff schedules and manage manpower allocation

• Motivating, coaching, and conducting performance appraisals for outlet teams

• Ensuring excellent customer service is consistently delivered at all outlets

• Addressing customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively

• Creating a customer-first culture among staff

• Ensuring compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations

• Maintaining brand standards in all areas including service, product presentation, and outlet ambiance

• Enforcing company policies, code of conduct, and operational procedures

• Preparing daily/weekly/monthly operational and sales reports

• Coordinating with supply chain, HR, and marketing departments for smooth outlet functioning

• Support new outlet openings and expansion projects
