Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters Degree or Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent in an Optical related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support/ Client Service, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Sales, Trading/ Wholesale/ Indenting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chain shop, Hospital, Wholesale

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the day-to-day operations where consumers purchase glasses and other protective eyewear and using computer systems that are integrated with accounting software.
∎ In charge of the customer service for persons shopping for glasses and frames is performed.
∎ Create appointments for consumers, ensures accurate orders for laboratory technicians, and generally oversees a clean and customer-friendly retail showroom environment.
∎ Preparing the sales day in opening duties or reconciling all transactions from the day.
∎ To create and maintain appointments for customers who need to see the optometrist.
∎ Work typically with customers to help recommend lens and fashion options for eyeglasses and contact lenses.
∎ Ensures that all work orders incorporate the customers' wishes and the prescription data from the optometrist.
∎ Ensure services are in compliance with professional standards.
∎ Ensure Logistical and Inventory management.
∎ Give technical direction and manage the selection, training and development of staff.
∎ Monitor budget and track weekly sales projections.
