Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Achieve targeted outcomes in a cost effective manner with strong monitoring and supervision as well as collaboration with all the departments.
∎ • Production monitoring at factory level as per demand.
∎ • Coordination marketing team for launching products in online & Corporate.
∎ • Collaborate closely with ownership to ensure consistent alignment.
∎ • initiatives to produce optimal commercial success.
∎ • Achieving Monthly Sales Target.
∎ • Identify strategic business opportunities.
∎ • Improve the operational systems, processes and production to support for sales team.
∎ • Integrate and streamline production processes to rectify production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
∎ • Have a good experience in marketing outlet sweet business.
∎ • Any other relevant tasks assigned by the upper management.
