∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Should be Graduate in any Discipline or diploma in Clothing Manufacturing.
∎ Qualification may be relaxed in case of exceptionally well in relevant work.
∎ Any foreign working experience/degree/training will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to manage production planning & control .
∎ Good knowledge on cutting to packing & layout designing.
∎ Ensure on time delivery with quality.
∎ Ability to deal with suppliers.
∎ Good knowledge on Machinery and man power planning.
∎ Good knowledge on master plan analyzing and capacity booking.
∎ Good knowledge on trim consumption analyzing and controlling.
∎ Ability to coordinate customer and getting sample approval.
∎ Good knowledge on sample development & method simplifying.
∎ Ability to built-up system thinking culture in the factory.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement in all areas of operations.
∎ Ability to provide operator training.
∎ Good knowledge on QCO practice for line feeding.
∎ Ensure quality specification and standards.
∎ Ability to set systems for quality assurance.
∎ Good knowledge on quality LAB maintaining.
∎ Ability to handle customer with satisfaction.
∎ Good knowledge on pre-costing defining.
∎ Good knowledge on risk & feasibility analyzing.
∎ Good knowledge on waste elimination.
∎ Ability to minimize the Factory cost.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Good command over computer applications / MS OFFICE.
∎ Good leadership qualities with excellent skills on training and skill imparting.
∎ Should be strong communication/negotiation skills.
∎ Should be sound knowledge across all kinds of Garments.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
