∎ Position summary: With guidance and direction from the General Manager, the Manager - Operations is responsible for designing, developing and implementing companywide operational plans of the ongoing projects, preparing strategic plan for the upcoming ones and making operational budget. Through outstanding leadership capabilities, provide effective guidance to the operations teams for providing support services activities including procurement and logistics for smooth running of the projects.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing companies' strategic long-term business operation plan
∎ Developing new project proposals on both technical and financial aspects, attend the bid evaluation discussions, involve in negotiation and arrange for final submission of proposals after necessary adjustments
∎ Oversee the Operations unit and supervise and guide the Deputy Manager - Operations in implementation

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years prior operations management experience in senior leadership positions. Preference will be given to those having experience with foreign owned power engineering company
∎ Experience with Bangladesh Law, especially the Rules and Regulations of Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) and National Board of Revenue (NBR)
∎ Knowledge on National operating standard and compliance for industrial facilities, its associated risk and environment management
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
