• Execute annual PL production plans, budgets, and KPIs aligned with business objectives, ensuring output, quality, and cost efficiency.

• Oversee end-to-end nursery operations including PL receipt, rearing, dispatch, and sourcing from reliable suppliers during high-demand periods.

• Ensure proper functioning, maintenance, and calibration of PCR and other lab equipment, and supervise all internal and external lab testing to ensure PL health.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting (operational, financial, audit-related) including bills, vouchers, batch records, inventory logs, and expense reports.

• Manage financial activities including petty cash, advance reconciliation, and bank transactions.

• Ensure compliance with EHS standards, biosecurity protocols, government regulations, and internal policies.

• Ensure safety, security, discipline, attendance management, and overall welfare (food, lodging) of nursery personnel.

• Provide technical guidance to nursery operations and advisory support to shrimp farmers on PL quality, disease management, and farming practices.

• Support Sales & Marketing through technical consultancy, farmer engagement programs, field demonstrations, and stakeholder awareness initiatives.

• Develop and expand the PL market by driving direct farmer sales, onboarding dealers/farmer groups, and conducting market intelligence and competitor analysis.

• Manage procurement and inventory of raw materials, supplies, and equipment ensuring cost efficiency and operational continuity.

• Maintain effective coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, and contribute to strategic decisions for business expansion.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
