• Expected to be target-oriented and ensure the achievement on time.

• Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.

• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.

• Forecast sales to ensure adequate stock of Spare parts at dealers to avoid sales loss Promotion of spare parts through sales counters, dealer network and institutional buyers by leading a team of sales professionals.

• Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time and discuss with management for next step.

• Ensure daily and monthly physical inventory and take remedial action if any irregularities found.

• Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing.

• Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and product replenishment.

• organize team meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge workshops.

• Any other task assigned by the Management.
