Job Context:
∎ Project Summary: The project aims to generate climate knowledge, Adaptation and Mitigation Technology, Climate resilient practice for capacity development of different stakolders nationally and internationally. Climate Centre aims to be a regional hub to strengthen climate-resilient low carbon sustainable development through trans-formative community-based adaptation mitigation and climate risk reduction.This project is linked with many national and International organizations, different Universities, Colleges and Schools in Bangladesh, for promoting conceptual understanding on Climate Change and its impact on the lives of poor and vulnerable communities, living in locations that are regularly and severely affected by changes in climatic conditions and natural environments, that has social, economic, political and human rights implications.
∎ Role of the Position: Manager Marketing of Climate Centre will look after the operation and business of the centre including Service analysis and ensuring standard service to the client, Marketing of the Centre, and business growth of the Centre. He/She will be also assigned to maintain overall communication with the clients of the centre.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the Master Plan and services of the Climate Centre and provide feedback to the architect where necessary
∎ Analyze the space designed for different services of the centre and provide feedback to the consultant.
∎ Prepare the checklist of the service and equipment required for the Centre and share with architect and Business plan development team.
∎ Provide customer demand from different stakeholders to the designer for establishing different facilities in different service zones.
∎ Ensure the standard service to the client.
∎ Train service staff for standard service.
∎ Analyze the Business plan of the Centre and work closely with the consultant to make the BP realistic.
∎ Prepare marketing plan of the centre based on the business plan.
∎ Set priority of the marketing plan along with the project objective
∎ Analyze different marketing channel and execute the business plan
∎ Analyze the competitive market and prepare modern business strategy for sustainability.
∎ Prepare SOP of the centre along with consultant.
∎ Prepare the client list as per target of the centre and communicate regularly with the client.
∎ Search new client from national and internationally.
∎ Will promote the Centre regularly through different services and new offers.
∎ Attract corporate clients through negotiation
∎ Monitoring the profit and loss of the centre and prepare report regularly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Must have 7 years of experience in Hospitality management
∎ Must have good connection with wide range of clients
∎ Good knowledge on Business plan and SOP of resort management.
∎ Fluent in speaking English.
∎ Willingness to frequent field visit
Salary: Tk. 55000 - 60000 (Monthly)
