Job Analysis & Manpower Planning, Manpower Agency, Manpower marketing capability
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day to day operations of our manpower recruitment unit
∎ Supervise different teams to ensure smooth operations
∎ Manage recruitment process
∎ Report daily to General Manager
∎ Work with relevant ministries & BMET
∎ Assign and manage job targets for individual teams
∎ Report and communicate regularly with senior management
∎ Maintain strong rapport with foreign delegates and principals
∎ Any other work assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong monitoring skill and have capability to motivate people
∎ Should be enthusiastic, pro-active, dedicated & hard working
Salary: Negotiable
