The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with a strong background in hotel operations, capable of ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales & Marketing, Security & Safety, and Cleanliness & Laundry Services, ensuring seamless coordination across departments
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and maintain smooth hotel operations.
- Maintain high-quality service standards while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Train and mentor staff to improve productivity and service quality through structured daily, weekly, and monthly programs.
- Monitor financial performance, implement cost-control measures, and drive revenue growth.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure all hotel facilities comply with government regulations, health, and safety standards.
