• Conversant in Accounting, Marketing, Management, Compliance
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sweets & Bakery items production, Management, Sales and Marketing
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, abilities to written communication and expertise in Sweets & Bakery operations independently
• Computer skill is must
• Deep understanding of Sweets & Bakery to receive order production processes, quality control, food safety regulations

• Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability in the sweets & bakery division.

• Oversee the daily operations of the Sweets & bakery production, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.

• Lead teams in production, distribution, and sales, providing guidance and support.

• Identify new business opportunities and markets within the sweets &bakery sector.

• Build relationships with key stakeholders such as suppliers, clients, and partners.

• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers and distributors.

• Ensure the consistent quality of bakery products, meeting industry standards and customer expectations.

• Oversee the development of new products, from concept to market introduction, ensuring innovation.

• Manage and enforce food safety protocols and regulations.

• Monitor and manage the production processes, ensuring optimal efficiency, cost control, and waste reduction.

• Supervise the supply chain, ensuring timely procurement of raw materials and efficient distribution.
