Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science/Equivalent from any recognized University/Institutions.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute to finalize Project Proposals focusing on Result based Monitoring/Logical Framework Matrix, Year-wise plan and Budget;
∎ Prepare year-wise and month-wise operational plan and revolving work plan with assistance of outcomes concerned;
∎ Contribute to develop different formats/tools relating to program monitoring;
∎ Tracking progress of activities compare to operational targets;
∎ Prepare monitoring reports for donor partners;
∎ Prepare and submit report to the donor partners related to Logical Framework Matrix;
∎ Finalize report for NGO Affairs Bureau of Bangladesh-NGOAB (quarterly) and DC office (monthly);
∎ Visit working areas to monitor programs and provide feedback to concerned outcomes;
∎ Contribute in reporting for donor partners and for the organization by preparing tables and graphs;
∎ Prepare tabulation plan and carry out statistical analysis of data as requested by outcomes/donor partners;
∎ Collect and Analyze outcomes wise data for assessing the progress/results/trends;
∎ Give comments/ feedback on proposed method for baseline and end-line survey and evaluation/assessment submitted by the external consultant/firm;
∎ Assist to prepare TOR, agreement, survey/study, evaluation and assessment reports;
∎ Contribute to evaluate proposals submitted by the external consultants for conducting study/ assessment/ evaluation;
∎ Contribute to supervise the whole process of the survey/ study, evaluation and assessment conduct by the external consultants;
∎ Assess need for new module and perform system analysis;
∎ Prepare functional specification, review and finalize technical design specification of MIS;
∎ Maintain existing RBM and MIS system ;
∎ Other responsibilities allocated by ASK.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ At least 5 years working experience in RBM, M&E and MIS system
∎ Additional Job Requirements:
∎ Familiar with Result based Monitoring System and Theory of Change;
∎ Knowledge on preparing project documents;
∎ Sound knowledge on research methodology;
∎ Advanced skills in MS Excel and SPSS;
∎ Working knowledge on MIS and data analysis;
∎ Good skills in report writing in English;

Salary:
∎ Consolidated Tk. 40,000 - 47,000 (per month) depends on experience.
