Job Responsibilities:
∎ Team management, supervising and controlling all related works of Accounts Department, mainly with regard to Real estate sector.
∎ Review all financial records, systems and control process of the company as per accounting standards.
∎ Ensure effective internal control and financial management in all areas of operation.
∎ Oversee the accounting function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
∎ Cost sheet analysis with actual cost and to take corrective action accordingly.
∎ Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial statements, information and reports.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts.
∎ Report at regular intervals to the Authority.
∎ Coordinate with clients & solve legal issues (if any).
∎ Any other assignment as entrusted time to time by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ All other facilities as per company policy.
