Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s/Bachelor’s in Statistics/Business Administration/Economics/Anthropology/EEE/CSE or any related subject from any recognised university with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and build the result based monitoring framework including guideline and monitoring tools.
∎ Contribute to planning, monitoring & evaluation of project activities and ensure timeliness of quality data.
∎ Monitor the program performance on selected indicators and based on the project expected result and outcome.
∎ Collect and preserve monitoring data based on monitoring framework with proper documentation (monthly, bi-annually and annually).
∎ Keep the M&E products updated for set indicators and collect all research including external baseline, mid-term and final evaluation for finding the project’s impact.
∎ Carry out monitoring data analysis and deliver quality and timely production of M&E information and products in line with field visits and requirements.
∎ Identify and analyze document and disseminate lessons learned to the stakeholders within and outside BRAC.
∎ Support project staff and new partners in the process of data validation as per the monitoring plans and make frequent field visits to verify data in sample basis and monitor the field activities.
∎ Closely monitor the progress of data entry in TaroWorks and report incorrect entries to the supervisor immediately.
∎ Develop capacity of project and partner staff and, where relevant, external stakeholders; to play an effective role in the data validation processes.
∎ Facilitate and report on quarterly internal project level reflection meetings, including collating and presenting program and structured learning data.
∎ Carry out learning agenda research activities and monitor the progress of ongoing learning questions for effective program adaptation.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven work experience in the field of quantitative and qualitative research and data validation and analysis.
∎ Knowledge on research, report writing, project proposal writing, budget, and M&E framework including log frame development, public health, and social issues.
∎ Expertise on literature search from website and reference writing by using Endnote and demonstrated ability to implement advanced data analysis and database management tasks.
∎ Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders and ability to integrate accountability processes within project M&E systems.
∎ Excellent analytical/quantitative skills, data quality conscious, detail oriented, and able to identify key issues, formulate options and make recommendations.
∎ Strong writing skills for quantitative and qualitative reports and project proposals.
∎ Demonstrate awareness and sensitivity for social inclusion (especially for female, transgender people a People with Disabilities)
∎ Proficient in written and oral communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent working knowledge of computer applications like MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).
∎ Working knowledge of MySQL, Microsoft.NET based web applications and java script is highly preferable.
∎ Strong programming skills in Java is required. Familiarity with ArcGIS and Tableau preferred.
