Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters preferably in Statistics/ Economics/ Business Administration from any recognised university. Certification on research methodology/ ICT/ advance statistical/ research software will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the monitoring and evaluation activities for the project Notun Digonto; plan/ design project's monitoring activities to facilitate project's goals; support and supervise to complete tasks as per plan and share with management for timely action.
∎ Work closely with BRAC Education Programme and BRAC monitoring, MIS and data rationalization team to improve utilization of data.
∎ Generate and share evidence on quality aspects of the project and provide feedback to the management team.
∎ Represent BEP in different forum, meeting and workshop with, government and other stakeholders.
∎ Strengthen capacity of the unit; address and fulfill urgent need and requirement of BEP senior management.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of working experience in NGO or INGO's of which at least 4 years in a managerial position.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Communicate and work jointly with consultants/ external researchers for working on BEP components, organize necessary works e.g. meeting, training of surveyors, data collection, entry and do statistical data analysis.
