Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & monitor monthly budget to achieve company goals.
∎ Manage work in progress costing, quality tracking.
∎ Maintain production & technical work at fabrics & foam molding.
∎ Maintain production & technical work at fabrics & foam laminating.
∎ Support to sample department for making mold bra pattern.
∎ Ensure size wise fabrics mold depth and diameter measuring.
∎ Take overall responsibilities for technical and social audit buyers satisfaction about molding.
∎ Manage, monitor and improve operational performance through process improvement. Worker training and technology upgrade.
∎ Responsible for reporting all production related information in prescribed formats within given period & direct activities such as coordinating with other department heads as required.
∎ Ensure product safety, quality & compliance in the factory.
∎ Molding pattern making.
∎ Prepare Molding Test Report.
∎ Prepare Molding Quality Control report.
∎ Prepare Molding Cup cutting Quality Control report.
∎ To following the production plan & shipment schedule.
∎ To manage a Technical People & Supervisor team consisting person to follow up Technical issue, production and quality.
∎ To assign jobs to check all samples before sending and suggest necessary rectifications.
∎ Reviewing the job distribution of all Technical People & production pm.
∎ To co-ordinate with the hourly Quality report for predictable & preventive defects.
∎ To arrange training program for developing personnel under continual process
∎ To check sewing workmanship in every process of respective line. Such as-stitching quality, SPI, skip stitch, drop stitch, thread tension, accessories placement, point hi-low, label attachment, label details, label placement etc.
∎ To conform measurement of complete garments as per specification chart.
∎ Ensure Standard Quality product, maximum Efficiency optimum production. On time delivery
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 05 years experience as same position in Lingerie Garments.
∎ Having experience in Largest Lingerie factory.
∎ Able to work under pressure and in a goal driven environment.
∎ Should have strong communication skill in English.
∎ Having good knowledge on computer operating.
Salary: Negotiable
