Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production planning, monitoring & target achieving, through in-house & external resources.
∎ Supervising entire Retail merchandising team.
∎ All raw materials ensure are in the house on time by regular follow-up/monitoring.
∎ Meet & deal with Producer/supplier independently for all merchandising activities including costing & price negotiation.
∎ Create channel for sourcing materials for new development.
∎ Maintain communication between producer/vendor for all short of development / production and other issues.
∎ Handling supply/production problems as they arise
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.
∎ Communication with others department head or manager to ensure smooth production process.
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 7 years of experience with 3 years as a supervisor role
∎ Strong negotiation skill
∎ Should able to work under pressure
∎ Excellent oral & written communication skills
∎ Proficient computer skills
∎ Very good team player
Salary: Negotiable
