Job Context:
∎ Key Points : Creative, Self-initiative, Independent, good market and fashion oriented.
∎ Workplace : Factory Office at Ashulia, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have ability to forecast and analyze the market trend & business opportunities
∎ Must have sound knowledge of product costing & pricing process/procedure
∎ Having a strong influence over the reputed buyers, customers, brands and buying offices.
∎ Establish, implement and maintain a sound teamwork and demonstrate strong leadership among the Merchandising & Marketing team as well as entire intra group facilities
∎ Will work under Department Head and will be given assigned accounts to handle as well as need marketing
∎ Should have technical knowledge from initial sample development, sourcing, costing, price negotiation
∎ Will have the ability to handle stressful situations or challenges and be able to trouble shoot by taking the initiative to solve issues quickly
∎ The candidate has to follow up and monitor closely on all merchandising processes professionally with client and suppliers both locally and overseas to ensure timely shipment and quality product without any issues or delays
∎ Will prepare daily, weekly and monthly report updates for Department Head and Client where necessary
∎ Works closely with QA to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
∎ Works closely with Commercial to ensure goods are handover over to forwarder on time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
