- Hospital and Clinic Liaison: Building and maintaining relationships with hospitals and clinics in the designated destination.
- Travel and Accommodation Arrangements: Organizing flights, transportation, and accommodation for patients and their companions.
- Financial Management: Handling payments, insurance claims, and cost estimations.
- Marketing and Promotion: Promoting medical tourism services and packages.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring high standards of care and patient satisfaction.
