• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories, Dyeing Factory

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Experience in a knit composite textile mill of at least 12 years (knitting/dyeing)

• Lead and supervise the entire mechanical maintenance department of the knit composite factory (knitting, dyeing, finishing, and utility sections).

• Ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all mechanical machinery and equipment, including boilers, compressors, dyeing machines, chillers, pumps, and generators.

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and increase equipment efficiency.

• Plan, monitor, and control installation, modification, and commissioning of new machines and utility systems.

• Coordinate with the production and electrical departments to ensure uninterrupted operations and timely support.

• Maintain detailed maintenance logs, reports, and spare parts inventory using MS Excel or maintenance software.

• Analyze mechanical problems and recommend cost-effective technical solutions and system improvements.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards during maintenance and repair activities.

• Lead, guide, and train the mechanical team to improve technical skills and ensure discipline and teamwork.

• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for procurement of spare parts and technical services.

• Assist management in budget preparation, energy saving initiatives, and machine efficiency improvement.

• Prepare technical reports and communicate effectively with top management in both Bengali and English.
