Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in development/ periodical update of plan/ policy/ strategy/ guideline/ manuals/ SOP etc. for TB control activities in close collaboration with the Government (National TB Control Programme).
∎ Strengthen the project MEAL system and ensure quality reporting from project implementing areas.
∎ Monitor the implementation of planned activities through report analysis, review meeting, field visit etc. and evaluate the project interventions with relevant program staff, and other stakeholders & partners.
∎ Ensure regular tracking of performance indicators and assist in submission of progress updates (PU) to LFA and The Global Fund.
∎ Monitoring and supervision of BRAC and its SRs’ field level activities, provide onsite guidance to improve the performances and to bring the project results as per performance framework.
∎ Ensure response of the queries by auditors with the support of operation/ project team.
∎ Coordinate with Government, WHO, USAID, TB, HIV, COVID and Malaria partners as per requirement and provide support to Bangladesh Country Coordinating Mechanism (BCCM), Oversight committee, Technical committee and NTP/ DGHS to review TB project.
∎ Represent organization in different forum, meetings and conference at different level to contribute achieve project goals.
∎ Ensure measurable development plan including on-the-job learning with the aim of strengthening technical capacity, exchanging knowledge within the team and providing guidance on career paths.
∎ Collaborate and communicate with BRAC’s MEAL department to conduct MIS validation and other survey if required. Ensure that data collection and reporting are carried out in a timely manner.
∎ Practice and promote BRAC Gender Policy. Support implementation of gender equality and women empowerment at all levels.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

∎ Job Purpose: Responsible for managing overall monitoring, evaluation, MIS and audit related activities of the TB Control Project. This includes developing monitoring system, tools and guidelines in collaboration with the National Programme. This position is responsible for supporting program for activity/output/outcome monitoring, share and discusses learning’s with programs to ensure effective and continuous improvement, enhance organizational learning process. The responsibilities also include management of a robust data management system; ensure timely data processing and analyses, maintaining monitoring dashboard, and supporting digital data collection.
