Job Responsibilities:
∎ As the Head of the Department for the Unit will lead the overall warehouse operation for Formalwear including fabrics, accessories and stores & Spares warehouse.
∎ Team build up and warehouse establishment for a new unit
∎ Establishment of Data and record keeping, SOP and reporting system in the group
∎ Strategic policy set up to ensure stock control, material flow and compliance policy on the warehouse.
∎ Any task assign by the Head of the Department and the management.
∎ Ensure on time data flow to the stakeholders.
∎ Strategic planning for Lean management, 5’s and space management.
∎ Dealing with Buyer, accounts, merchant, SCM, HR, and Commercial for various issues.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Should have 5 years experience in managerial position.
∎ Any course in Supply Chain, Inventory and ERP is preferable.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Store system & SOP.
∎ Well conversant and fluent in English and Bangla.
∎ Should have team leading experience in dress pant, vest, suite, coat, blazer, jacket manufacturing industry.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
