∎ Candidate should have experience in contacting with Different Airline, Embassy and International Vendors.
∎ Candidate should have experience in contacting with Different Airline, Embassy and International Vendors.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Need to visit all kinds of corporate offices for sales Tours & Travel services.
∎ Daily visit to various Corporate Office like Pharmaceuticals, Embassy, Consular, Group of Companies, Banks, Consultancy Firms, Manufacturer House, Buying House, Textile & Garments, etc, and sales services to them.
∎ Meets with clients to determine travel needs, budgets, and preferences.
∎ Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations, and refunds.
∎ Ability to dealing with customer queries and complaints.
∎ Builds and maintains relationships with travel agencies and tour vendors globally.
∎ Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls, and meetings.
∎ Ability to build & maintain a strong Marketing team.
∎ Ability to meet monthly Targets.
∎ Coordinate with other business partners in the travel community to facilitate a positive experience for clients.
