Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate and enhance operational efficiency to reduce costs.
∎ Boost Guest Service Index Score, profitability (P&L), and sales.
∎ Engage with customers, ensuring flawless execution of guest engagement activities.
∎ Provide guidance and coaching to develop the team.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have experience in hospitality, especially in restaurant management.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills are essential.
∎ A commitment to exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction is crucial.
∎ Candidates should be adaptable and results-oriented, with a knack for problem-solving and innovation.
∎ Should have experience of market visit to corporates and with ready data base for tri state area.

Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
