Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/MASTERS/BBA in marketing, business management, finance or any other related field.
∎ Skills Required: Computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel and power point.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan, coordinate, organize of marketing and others essential site of the company.
∎ To ensure smooth flow of sales.
∎ Responsible for the technical management, supervision and site construction processes.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing market trends.
∎ Maintain proper customer relationship with potential and existing clients.
∎ Support a marketing team.
∎ Monitoring site workers activities.
∎ To implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement of sales.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Corporate sales implementation.
∎ Logistics work like as-payment schedule, allotment letter, bank loan arrangement for customers, land and flat registration, land related all kinds of paper checking etc.
∎ Regular and Credit collection.
∎ After sales service of customers.
∎ Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals.
∎ Corporate Marketing, counseling and site visit with client, customer support corporate sales and creative selling.
∎ To work independently and under pressure, sales target achieves, regular follow-up with client.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Monitoring, review and report on all sales activities.
∎ Keep the management update on periodical sales progress.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants more experience preferable in the Real Estate Sector.
∎ Very good in English communication skill.
∎ Good communication and negation skill.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Computer literacy is must, especially sound knowledge in website.
∎ Negotiation Skills: Real estate sales executives are well versed in conducting property price negotiation to reach a profitable bargain.
