Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Public Institutions
∎ Skills Required: Staad Pro/Etabs, Auto CAD & others Design Software.
∎ Must have Membership in IEB Enlisting

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designs construction projects of the organization by studying project concept, Structural, and architectural design, and models
∎ Should have sound knowledge in structural design in RCC and steel building
∎ Should have clear concept on latest BNBC version, Code of ACI and knowledge on others international building codes
∎ Prepare cost estimate, material estimate, BOQ
∎ Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress; inspecting construction site; verifying calculations and placements.
∎ Direct construction, operations, supervision and maintenance activities at project site.
∎ Ensure quality and proper measurement of materials on delivery at the project site.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of construction materials available in the site without any wastage
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD, Design software, Site Development, Microsoft Office, Database Design, Planning, Conceptual.
∎ Review the drawings received from architectural division / client and attending co-ordination/technical meetings with Sales/Marketing and clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): RCC Building & Factory Design (High rise)
∎ Should have negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali
∎ The applicants should have experience on some completed project
∎ Experienced in Commercial/Residential/Industrial constructions work
∎ Vast Knowledge about Structure, Construction, Finishing work and Project Management
∎ Ability to work independently & under pressure
∎ Smart, Energetic and Hardworking
∎ Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
∎ The candidate should have knowledge structural related software analysis.
∎ The candidate should have knowledge in steel and R.C.C Design following BNBC Coad, ACCORD & ALLIANCE Structural Standard
∎ Design by software analysis (STAAD-PRO/ ETABS /TEKLA, AutoCAD, MS Office Packages & other related software).
∎ Have sound knowledge about retrofitting design
