Job Responsibilities:
∎ To meet the monthly target of each outlet set by the management.
∎ Product pricing to coordination.
∎ Preparing the yearly sales target and planning the strategy for achievement.
∎ Marketing research.
∎ Preparing promotional budget.
∎ Designing the advertisement and sales promotion campaign execution and evaluate their effectiveness among the consumers.
∎ Arrange sales meeting take decision & execution the decisions.
∎ Check shops petty cash expense.
∎ Follow up daily bank deposit.
∎ Developing training program manuals and conducting training for sales people.
∎ Stock reports collect and take proper action.
∎ Check shop to shop product transfer.
∎ Shop open & closing monitoring.
∎ Services will be governed by the company's rules in force. Shop Operations Maintaining.
∎ Ensuring smooth product delivery to all shops as per sales report.
∎ Constantly monitoring the product movements in all showrooms.
∎ Developing the products requirements for the outlets.
∎ Create product requirement and hand over to production department.
∎ Following up production status as per requirements.
∎ Identifying the best design, jointly with design & production team for maintaining leadership in product among the existing competitors.
∎ Market visit and collect new samples for designers.
∎ All times smooth communication with Management. Decisions convey to all departments. Time to time Present all update reports.
∎ Negotiation and execution in a timely manner.
∎ Taking customer feedback and act accordingly and formulate strategy for new customer development.
∎ Pricing, delivery confirmation and setting up the production plan.
∎ Any other related job(s) as assign by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 7-10 years of work experience in customer relationship management.
∎ Preferred Qualifications:
∎ Knowledge on ATL, BTL, TTL strategies, online/offline media, digital marketing tools, marketing mix, international marketing strategy, e-commerce, and project management.
∎ Knowledge of budgeting and campaign management.
∎ Should have expertise in content development, multitasking, planning, and evaluation.
∎ Must have effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
∎ Must have fluency in English.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)
