Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ BSC in textile and Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Marketing, Garments Merchandising, Garments Production, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for arranging around 3 million pieces of woven garments order flow average per year, feeding the facility production capacity for round the year through good volume and value-based customers/buyers or brands.
∎ Must have good relation with liaison offices and direct buyer to work with.
∎ Having a strong influence over the reputed buyers, customers, brands and buying offices.
∎ Establish, implement and maintain a sound teamwork and demonstrate strong leadership among the Merchandising & Marketing team as well as inter and intra group facilities.
∎ Evaluate and analyze the data of how many styles are profitable and how many could meet the design efficiency target.
∎ Forecast and analyze the market trend, business opportunities and opportunity cost with factual data and appraise the same to the top management.
∎ Apart from business development the incumbent to develop his team, brings the input Vs output ratio in a favorable and acceptable ratio and enhances the team productivity and efficiency.
∎ Responsible for effective and efficient T&A, order follow up through the team and timely delivery of the goods and attaining the customers confidence for repeat business.
