∎ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share in Europe.
∎ Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, buyers, and partners across European countries.
∎ Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
∎ Collaborate with the product development and design teams to align offerings with market demands.
∎ Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and buyer meetings to promote company products.
∎ Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
∎ Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
