Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors & Masters Degree in Marketing from any reputed universities in Bangladesh and abroad.
∎ BBA & MBA (Marketing) from any reputed universities in Bangladesh or Abroad.
∎ Diploma/special training on Marketing from local or foreign institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Holding Zoom meeting with foreign and local partners & clients.
∎ Perform marketing activities for the company products through online and direct client marketing.
∎ Developing relationship in target market.
∎ Dealing customer queries and complaints.
∎ Proper documentation of marketing activities.
∎ Perform marketing, sales & promotional activities.
∎ Liaison and Networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, suppliers and competitor organizations.
∎ Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary steps.
∎ Develop business plan and marketing strategy.
∎ Establishes and maintains relationships with Vendors and key strategic partners.
∎ Directs marketing channel development activities and coordinate with respective parties.
∎ Planning, Organizing, directing and controlling to meet the progress of target achievement.
∎ Prepares daily / weekly/ monthly report and submit to the concerned authority on a regular basis.
∎ Target orientation toward existing and new markets and accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and implementation plans.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 10 years of experience in Marketing.
∎ Experience in marketing activities related to stone chips, high steam coal and construction materials such as sands, sanitary ware, kitchen accessories, bathroom fittings & fixtures, floor tiles, wall tiles, bricks & cement, granite stone, marble stone.
∎ Experience in marketing Swedish Paper, PVC Pena, Ink, Chemicals, Limestone etc.
∎ Experience in marketing with Govt. organizations: Roads & Highways, LGED, Civil Aviation, Facilities Department, P.W.D. and others, Multinational companies and Domestic renowned companies like Mir Akhter Group, Orion Group, Monayem Group, Bashundhara Group, Meghna Group, City Group etc.
∎ Searching local buyer/customer/clients for any kinds of imported products of the company.
∎ Experienced in e-Tendering, e-commerce business and e-Tendering.
∎ Skills in English speaking, writing, reading & listening.
∎ Good command on computer literacy MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Standard typing skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Certificate course on local & international marketing.
∎ Maintain communication with foreign buyers, local buyers, suppliers and merchandisers.
∎ Must have excellent inter-personal relationship, communication skills and negotiation techniques.
∎ Well mannered, well behaved and well rounded.
∎ Highly energetic physically and mentally.
∎ Confident, Team player & Motivator.
∎ Experience in Website Management.
∎ Proficiency in Chinese, Korean language & different foreign languages.
