Proven experience in Sales & Marketing within export-oriented knitwear/textiles.
Strong liaison network with BGMEA, BKMEA, international buyers, and global brands.
Deep understanding of merchandising practices, costing, and buyer expectations.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to balance operational execution with long-term strategic growth.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in one company.

Competitive Positioning & Business Growth
Shape and execute Sales & Marketing strategies that differentiate the company in the global knitwear market.
Lead negotiations and secure profitable contracts with international buyers and brands.
Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and buyer behavior to strengthen resilience in a volatile market.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Alignment
Partner with merchandising and product development teams to ensure cost competitiveness, quality standards, and buyer-specific requirements.
Provide strategic input into product development to align with evolving fashion trends and Sustainability expectations.
Equip internal teams with market intelligence to ensure seamless buyer engagement.
Brand Visibility & Industry Representation
Represent the company at international trade fairs, buyer meetings, and key industry events.
