Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform research on product trends and customer demand and develop strategies for new or updated products that could improve category’s overall performance. Also build partnerships in the industry to promote a category’s products while cutting costs and increasing product sales
∎ Check inventory levels, procuring additional stock, and getting rid of excess or unwanted stock. Also handling product placement, optimizing storage, and creating regular reports on product availability
∎ Monitor the performance of both individual products and their category overall. Involves using data to determine the best- and worst-performing products, creating profit and loss statements, and assessing performance against competitors. Using this information assess product and category strategies and develop solutions to improve performance
∎ Seek vendors in the industry Considering performance, quality, and costs; request information, negotiate and use their criteria to choose the best suppliers to source category’s products.
∎ Negotiate contracts during the signing process and at the time of renewal
∎ Work with cross-functional teams of marketing, Supply Chain and Warehouse and provide leadership to execute category’s strategies throughout the organization. Also inform team members of category and marketing, assign roles and responsibilities, and work together to drive performance
∎ Create and implement Twelve marketing and communications Plan in accordance with the organizations ambition and exciting strategies with business objectives. This includes oversee of all strategic communications with external audiences, working closely with every team member to identify and maximize opportunities to achieve Twelve’s mission
∎ Use diverse mix of marketing, advertising and media campaigns with the full range of traditional tools available. Development and implementation of external communication policies as well as establishing and monitoring Twelve’s own style and branding guidelines
∎ Oversee the nature and tone of content for Twelve’s communication and observance branding, across the organization’s communication process
∎ Manage the production and broadcasting of all marketing and communications materials across all departments in line with the established style and branding guidelines
∎ Organize major seasonal campaigns and different sales promotional campaigns and launch them according to marketing calendar to achieve financial target. And best utilization of internal creative team for developing creative contents for the brand. Also overseeing the visual merchandising in every store in line with the promotional campaigns
∎ Take strategic lead, manage and deliver the organizations media and PR, including all major PR campaign in line with the long-term business objectives. And provide appropriate support, training for respective personnel of the organization
∎ Manage and supervise the marketing and communications team, in line with existing policies, to enable them to perform their duties effectively. Delegate responsibility for tasks where appropriate and oversee the progress
∎ Prepare, manage and deliver the marketing and communications budget
∎ Contribute with marketing and communications strategies to increase footfall and basket size for the brand

Additional Requirements:
∎ Expertise in retail category management procedures and best practices
∎ Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
∎ Expertise in MS office package and other required software’s
∎ Analytical thinking and Problem-solving skill
∎ Strong ability to negotiate and attention to detail
∎ Good Communication skill
∎ Leadership Quality
