Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in Marketing from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The desired candidate would need to handle the sales & marketing of Fashion Fabrics & Tailors sector.
∎ To be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy and related communications including use of social media to support campaigns and ensure the sales target.
∎ The successful candidate will develop and implement monthly and annual marketing and sales plan for the business across Digital, Web, Social, Direct, Branch network and Traditional Media.
∎ Come up with a strategic plan to promote the brand regularly and change the strategy (as when required) based on the market conditions.
∎ Research and discover methods to increase sales and customer engagement.
∎ Ensure sales policies and procedures are met in accordance with company guidelines.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales report and coordinate with internal team of sales forecast (budget, sales, purchases...)
∎ Participate in defining and implementing the product roadmap, ensuring that new features deployed on showroom, work correctly and monitor customer choice properly.
∎ Ensure CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is updated on a regular basis.
∎ Monitor company branding and brand status and improves innovative ideas to promote the brand.
∎ Regular visit to showrooms and factories.
∎ To work & monitor closely with the showroom in-charge in order to upheld the company's image in the industry.
∎ Encourage team work and motivate the team and proposed to management for training marketing employee.
∎ Ensure proper and smooth co-ordination with other Departments/ Outlets.
∎ Being a marketing manager you have to manage day-to-day communication with showroom & purchase teams.
∎ Have to be fluent in Bangla & English both oral and written.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in (trading business) marketing is preferable in Fabrics & Tailor's sector.
∎ Good verbal & written skill in English & Bengali.
∎ Must be able to fulfill sales targets given by the management.
∎ Have to take challenge & be smart.
∎ You have an experience working in regional distributors, Garments Company will be treated as an additional qualification.
Salary: Negotiable
