Job Context:
∎ We are looking for the right talent for this position who has expertise on marketing. Manager- Marketing is a mid- level position and will be held responsible and accountable for the smooth running of company`s overall marketing function.
∎ Job Location - National University, Gazipur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and do costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Candidate must keep close liaison with buyers & Suppliers for any update of the production. Co-ordinate customers/ suppliers visits and deploys resources accordingly.
∎ Takes Marketing responsibility to procure order based on factory capacity and overall monitoring marketing activities for the company.
∎ Takes responsibility for business development in new markets and manages relationship with key customers.
∎ Co-ordinates with production team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer.
∎ Responsible for creating & performing marketing for Knit Garments products also international markets and new brands.
∎ Overseeing the update on production status, sampling & required information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyers.
∎ Have to manage client account from order inquiry to shipment, inventory & supply chain planning.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about product costing & pricing process/procedure.
∎ Responsible for proper follow up and committed with the time line given by Buyers and obviously meet the time line.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ More than 10 year(s) experience in Knit Garments Marketing
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills.
