Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, Monitor and ensure efficient and exceptional execution of maintenance Operations.
∎ Will be responsible for overall activities of the maintenance of factory utility mechanical departments.
∎ Proper managing of all the electrical supply systems like HT, LT, Transformers, Generators.
∎ To organize and prepare factory for facing Accord/ Alliance/Various Buyers along with other ethical / environmental/ technical/ electrical and fire safety etc.
∎ Should have practical knowledge on operating (Gas/Diesel Generator, Boiler Compressor & Chiller)
∎ Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy (power, air, steam, gas etc) and measure units of utilities produced, utilized and waste through monthly reporting.
∎ Ensure zero down time through preventive maintenance and relevant reporting.
∎ Monitor and supervise all the utilities such as air compressor, diesel and gas generator, steam boiler, chiller, water pump, workshop.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring and follow up routine for schedule maintenance including break down maintenance, prevent maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance.
∎ Estimating Electrical planning, design.
∎ Electrical load calculation, Cable/Circuit breaker/ Distribution board/Transformer selection.
∎ Supervision of maintenance of all electrical items including boiler, generator, lift etc.
∎ Development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to develop the service management.
∎ Maintain and troubleshooting of different kind of electrical machines.
∎ Maintain electrical sub- station and erection of factory machines.
∎ Train up the service team to develop service skill.
∎ Developing standard operating procedure for different tasks and train the workforce accordingly.
∎ Ensure visibility of the project.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the superior authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant should have at least 08 years' experience in electrical load calculation and electrical design drawing.
∎ Must be experience in handling absorption ciller, FCU, Generator, Boiler, Sewing,/Knitting, Dyeing.
∎ The candidate should be self-motivated, hardworking, ready to work under pressure and responsible with pleasant personality.
∎ Should have strong leadership skill.
∎ Manage and coordinate a team
∎ Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel, email, internet browsing
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English and Bengali
