∎ Age 26 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and mentor mechanics, providing guidance during troubleshooting.
∎ Verify proper diagnosis and resolution of mechanical issues by the team.
∎ Manage spare parts budget and ensure availability through requisitions.
∎ Determine required machines for each production layout.
∎ Ensure machine availability and timely machine setup for back-to-back layout.
∎ Adjust needle gauges and settings based on product requirements.
∎ Maintain a maintenance schedule and compliance with standards.
∎ Reduce Non-Productive Time (NPD) for Machine breakdown and maintenance to optimal levels.
∎ Ensure that operator and the lines are not sitting idle.
∎ Uphold compliance regulations and safety standards.
∎ Able to work under pressure and maintain the mechanic by 3-line to 1-machine ratio.
