Responsibilities & Context:

The candidate will be responsible to:
Provide all the legal advice and support on a variety of legal issues, including corporate, commercial, intellectual property, and regulatory matters
Supervise all the land-related legal activities to ensure lawful ownership and compliance with regulatory requirements
Review and draft company agreements and contracts to ensure legal and regulatory compliance, mitigate risks, and maintain clarity in business dealings
Coordinate with external legal counsel as necessary to represent the company in legal proceedings
Represent and defend the company`s interests in court proceedings, advocating in civil, criminal, and labour disputes to protect the company`s best interests in any proper Court of Justice
