• 6-8 years’ experience in real estate sector in relevant field

• 3 years’ experience in approval procedure of different Govt. offices

• Excellent communication skills both in Bangla & English

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment

• In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issue

• Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference

Job Responsibilities

• Proper knowledge in high rise building clearance by Fire Service, Civil Aviation, DTCA and other govt. authorities.

• Practical experience in planning permit clearance, planning permit committee clearance by different govt. authorities, large/special project clearance and plan approval by RAJUK/Cantonment Board.

• Knowledge in electrical sub-station installation, licensing board approval and temporary/permanent (WASA, electricity & gas) utility connection installation, road cutting permission etc.

• Practical experience in power of attorney acceptance by different authorities, sale permission and mutation.

• Skilled & proper concept in Bangla and English drafting to different law enforcing authorities of the country.

• Monthly MIS report & departmental budget preparation.
