Job Responsibilities:
∎ To promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques.
∎ To evaluate clients’ requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations.
∎ To provide accurate information on the different features of properties.
∎ To validate application information and references.
∎ To negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements.
∎ To ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically.
∎ To utilize company leasing expectations and procedures to warmly greet prospective clients, qualify, determine needs and preferences, professionally present the property, utilize feature/benefit selling, close the sale and follow-up
∎ To complete all lease applications and participate in the verification of applications; notify prospective clients of results.
∎ To maintain accurate client records in accordance with the company policy;
∎ To update daily reports concerning notice to vacate, vacancy reports, activity reports, etc. on a daily basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good planning and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Can do attitude, able to take challenge.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
