Job Purpose:

To lead, strategize, and oversee all corporate, promotional, and public events of the company, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, customer engagement goals, and business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and implement the company’s annual event strategy and calendar.

•Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of large-scale events, product launches, brand activations, trade shows, and corporate gatherings.

•Supervise and guide the events team, vendors, and agencies to ensure smooth execution of all events.

•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align events with organizational objectives.

•Ensure event branding, messaging, and design are consistent with company standards.

•Track event KPIs, prepare post-event reports, and analyze ROI for continuous improvement.

•Negotiate contracts with venues, suppliers, and service providers to ensure cost efficiency.

•Manage risk assessment, logistics, permits, and compliance issues related to events.

•Maintain strong industry networks to identify trends and innovative event solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

•Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

•10+ years of experience in event planning/management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

•Proven track record of executing large-scale corporate or promotional events.

•Experience in budgeting, vendor management, and cross-functional team leadership.
