Educational Requirements:
∎ LL.B with LL.M
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Bar Council Membership.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 9 to 13 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing and vetting various Land documents, Agreement (tenancy, vehicle, service, etc.), Indemnity Bond, Legal Notice, Power of Attorney, MoU, Sale deed, Sub-Kabla deed, Lease agreement, etc.
∎ Communicating with the land Owners & Agents and discuss about the possession of the proposed Land.
∎ Dealing with land-related activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights, mortgage, registration/Baina, commissioning, mutation of land from related Govt. office.
∎ Maintaining Liaison with the settlement office for Map/Record/Layout etc. Handling Merger and acquisition.
∎ Arranging counterfeiting operations with the help of the law enforcing agencies and taking appropriate actions according to the provision of laws.
∎ Assisting all concerned to prepare Legal matters, GD, FIR, SOP, Policy, and handle internal and external legal concerns.
∎ Managing all litigation of the Company (filing, defending, and monitoring the progress) for the protection of company rights.
∎ Taking appropriate actions regarding the issues related to civil and criminal nature, labour & service matter, intellectual property issues, and all other incidental issues.
∎ Following/executing all types of land tax, City Corporation holding Tax, and documentation formalities.
∎ Maintaining communication with various regulatory authority. Communication & Negotiation with RJSC, DPDT, RAJUK, BSTI, BIDA etc. and other government and autonomous offices for and on behalf of the organization.
∎ Communicating with any Govt. office especially concerned A.C Land office/Tohshil office/sub-registry office and land dispute court.
∎ Assisting to prepare AGM, EGM, Meeting Minutes etc. Preparing, updating and maintaining a database of Legal issues of companies' concerns. Settling the Industrial dispute, Labour court cases, Civil and Criminal court Cases, etc.
∎ Providing Legal support to the HR & Admin team concerning issues under Labor laws, if required by the HR & Admin team.
∎ Filing cases on behalf of the Company in the Police Station, Court or any other court, tribunal and concern authority.
∎ Serving legal notices to the clients of the company to recover the dues/installments of the company.
∎ Keeping and updating proper clearance and all sorts of licenses (i.e. Fire Licence, Environment Licence, Factory Licence, Trade Licence etc.).
∎ Handling all Trade Mark related issues.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
∎ Must be self-driven and possess good work ethics.
∎ Must be a good team member.
∎ Must be persuasive and ready to do a lot of legwork.
∎ Skilled in MS Office Suite.
∎ Problem solving skills.
∎ Good at report writing.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good typing skills of both Bangla and English.
∎ Must have BAR COUNCIL MEMBERSHIP.
