∎ MBA in Marketing/ Masters in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Land Procurement

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to collect land information and necessary document from the existing land owner, media & others.
∎ Visit locations of potential lands and crosscheck with the collected information
∎ Responsible to prepare feasibility calculations & proposals.
∎ Negotiate with land owners regarding Deed of Agreement (DOA), Power of Attorney (POA) etc.
∎ Coordinate with the architect and logistics department for necessary requirements of land acquisition.
∎ Responsible to coordinate land survey, soil test, architectural design, project takeover, etc.
∎ Responsible for budget preparation for new land acquisition & existing land Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
