Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Decision making capabilities, Good to manage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure in preparing necessary recipes for lab in respect of color, shade and other quality parameters.
∎ Assist technicians in other areas of the laboratory (e.g. collecting samples, simple sample preparation)
∎ To carry out a variety of laboratory- based technical and experimental tasks utilizing established procedures and techniques, including sampling, testing, measuring, recording and analyzing results.
∎ Instruct team members that which chemical-dye formula/process be appropriate to create the right color.
∎ To make program, sample checking and color measurement.
∎ To select the best quality dyes stuff & chemicals with cost saving.
∎ Coordinate with dyeing, Knitting & planning department.
∎ Carry out assigned responsibilities for developing, directing and coordinating material planning activities for executing laboratory activities.
∎ Analyze lab data, consumption of raw materials and quality control measures.
∎ Follow-up in developing samples with a high degree of personal responsibility.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men, machine & material to achieve higher efficiency.
∎ Maintain and manage a clean and well-maintained work environment. Prepare and maintain documents to conform to suitable regulatory requirements
∎ Support production/operations/maintenance departments to investigate off-specification products.
∎ Advancing through technical discussion with subordinates.
∎ Calculating (How much dyes need) work order wise required dyes stuff.
∎ Receiving shade standard from buyers & make the lab dips for customer approval.
∎ To issue the recipe for bulk production after approval.
∎ Control & provide guideline to subordinates.
∎ Check and test the quality of different dyes, pigments and other auxiliaries.
∎ Evaluate samples received for testing.
∎ Review final testing data/worksheets.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the Management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth knowledge of physical and chemical testing of fabrics
∎ Knowledge of Buyer requirements for processed fabrics
∎ Understanding of chemicals and their testing used in Textile processing
