∎ B.Sc/ Diploma-in-Ceramics technology from any reputed company
Experience Requirements:
∎ 9 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the new formulation of Quality full Body which will Decrease the cost of production
∎ Develop the new Engobe & Glaze composition to increase the net efficiency of production
∎ Develop the new design of Wall & Floor tiles to fulfill the demand of sale
∎ Monitor and supervise the quality of all incoming local and imported raw materials, Glaze Frit and Color etc.
∎ Estimate the annual of all local and imported raw materials, Glaze Frit and Color etc and put their requirement in form of the Commercial dept. In time to ensure smooth production.
∎ Monitor and supervise the Engobe and Glaze preparation which will essential for production.
∎ Paste preparation for screen printing and color preparation for all Homogeneous and Wall tiles & its adjustment.
∎ Ensure the quality of finished product and make necessary actions if any discrepancy found.
∎ Maintain the every Tastes of tiles plant in Laboratory which will be ensure the best quality of product.
∎ Maintain the standard production parameter from Body Preparation to Sorting& Packaging to ensure the best quality of product.
∎ Develop the work schedule for laboratory & Glaze Preparation department which will increase the work efficiency for employees.
∎ Manpower setting, monitoring daily duty schedule, leaves & other facilities and communication with HR for official roles and regulation for smooth operation of department.
∎
∎ HSE Responsibilities:
∎ Understand, adhere, implement, maintain and compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental Policies, Procedures, SOPs, Guidelines as applicable to Lab & Glaze Section.
∎ Participate to identify environmental aspects/impacts, hazards identification, risk assessment and risk control.
∎ Liaise and maintain with internal and external interested parties as and when required related to HSE.
∎ Participate in HSE related training and Prepares & implements the required inductions and training programs to the departmental personnel on environmental protection, emergencies, occupational health and job site safety. Prepares and conducts tool- box talks for the workforce.
∎ Conduct and implements department wise HSE Machine inspections as applicable.
∎ Participate in HSE assessment/audits to identify areas of improvement and implementation of measures and arrangements identified as necessary.
∎ Provide Monthly HSE Performance Reports to the GM and MR
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 to 10 years' experience in relevant area in leading position
∎ Good time management skills
∎ Good managerial skills
∎ Good Communication skills
∎ Good human relations skills
∎ Strong IT skills
∎ Ability to identify problem and find solutions
∎ Ability to be a good team player and work under pressure
∎ Ability to work in multi-discipline and multi-cultural environment
