Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Biochemistry, microbiology, molecular science

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for efficient lab operations Perform lab procedures, conduct evaluation, develop & implement technical procedures
∎ Provide solutions enhancing brand integrity and improving service quality Oversee grossing, processing, embedding, microtomy, staining, etc. Implement necessary policies and procedures to maintain high level of lab functions
∎ Coordinate collection & preparation of samples & data with efficient service delivery
∎ Manage admin staff including overseeing of roster of consultant, technologist and admin personnel
∎ Conduct admin activities through maintaining congenial working relations & healthy work environment
∎ Ensure effective employee orientation and training in achieving client services
∎ Perform other functions to ensure quality service and business growth

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5-year experience in operational functions with two years in supervisory role
∎ Strong managerial capacity in operational functions; having experience in a laboratory/ diagnostic center is valuable
∎ Knowledge in Medical domain and about lab operations including lab health and safety protocols
∎ Language proficiency in English and Bangla
∎ User of MS Office application

Salary: Negotiable
