∎ Bachelor in Fashion Designing
∎ Vast Knowledge in Graphics Designing to sketch design by Computer & Free Hand
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall knitting department.
∎ Ensure Machine Dia, Stitch-Length, Finish Dia & GSM as per booking requirement.
∎ Make knitting production plan
∎ Ensure optimization as per plan and 100% knitting production on time.
∎ Communicate with knitting division, production division, planning division and respective merchandiser of the buyer for ensuring 100% knitting & dyeing quality, shade matching, and correct GSM.
∎ Direct and supervise the continuous improvement of knitting production.
∎ Setup production target and guide the persons to achieve their target.
∎ Responsible for reducing wastage as per (time/man/machine) and process loss of knitting.
∎ Arrange and conduct counselling for subordinates to monitor and meet KPI.
∎ Conduct training for concern section as per requirement
∎ Responsible for cost analysis and check costing for production.
∎ Responsible for supervise with marketing team for scheduling the priority basis production.
∎ Responsible for supervising weekly and monthly plan and inform the management.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Dyeing, knit composite, knitting production.
