• Manage and monitor head office IT infrastructure including servers, network devices, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and printers.

• Ensure reliable data security, backup, and disaster recovery systems.

• Oversee and support ERP / Production & Inventory Management Software.

• Provide IT support to MIS, HR, Accounts, Merchandising and other departments.

• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures (firewall, antivirus, access control, data encryption).

• Provide user support for hardware, software, email, and internet issues.

• Conduct IT training sessions for employees on ERP, software, and cybersecurity awareness.

• Identify and implement process automation to improve efficiency.

• Manage IT equipment procurement, vendor negotiations, and annual maintenance contracts.

• Maintain updated inventory of all IT assets (laptops, desktops, servers, routers, etc.).

• Develop IT strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies, audit requirements, and data protection regulations.

• Coordinate with factory IT teams to ensure smooth connectivity and central monitoring.
