Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and monitor head office IT infrastructure including servers, network devices, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and printers.
Ensure reliable data security, backup, and disaster recovery systems.
Oversee and support ERP / Production & Inventory Management Software.
Provide IT support to MIS, HR, Accounts, Merchandising and other departments.
Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures (firewall, antivirus, access control, data encryption).
Provide user support for hardware, software, email, and internet issues.
Conduct IT training sessions for employees on ERP, software, and cybersecurity awareness.
Identify and implement process automation to improve efficiency.
Manage IT equipment procurement, vendor negotiations, and annual maintenance contracts.
Maintain updated inventory of all IT assets (laptops, desktops, servers, routers, etc.).
Develop IT strategies aligned with company objectives.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, audit requirements, and data protection regulations.
Coordinate with factory IT teams to ensure smooth connectivity and central monitoring.
