Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain active communications with overseas franchisees (partners), and up-to-date knowledge of market, product and problems.
∎ To support Director in the annual forecasting and budgeting, make recommendations on product pricing, and ensure accurate and timely metrics and reporting on progress against targets to achieve sales revenue.
∎ Analyzing market and researching potential dealer and follow up operation of HATIL Business Development representative.
∎ To support Director in designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluate global and regional business development plans and strategies that contribute to market development, increase market penetration, and ensure that annual sales targets are achieved by product, revenue, region, and country.
∎ To support Director in implementing new marketing strategy and follow up on execution.
∎ New franchisee development.
∎ Various business policy implementation.
∎ To arrange meeting with the franchisee and export team.
∎ To prepare meeting & minutes and follow up the execution of the decision.
∎ Preparing an effective business plan for all projects to achieve the desired target.
∎ Monitoring all sales transactions and reviewing all customer response for all orders and payments.
∎ Designing and implementing all export activities.

∎ Age 35 to 42 years
